We are looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Technician to perform physical therapy under supervision of our Chiropractors. They work to improve the functional ability of the patients through advanced therapies and coordinated treatment plans. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with the medical treatment team as well as patients to implement the treatment orders, greet and receive patients when they arrive for appointments, and guide and escort patients to treatment areas throughout the practice. Candidates must be able to Interact with a variety of patients of all ages and genders. They must be able to complete paperwork and formalities to track patient progress, insurance billing, and maintain patient charts.

Position Summary

• As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for Integrated Medial Group through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient's need and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following rehabilitation written. As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible for all activity in the rehabilitation department including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands on support and providing an exceptional experience.

Performance Objectives

• Carry out ordered exercise programs based upon doctor's written orders.
• Administer decompression therapy following protocols
• Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition
• Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in the rehabilitation department
• Chart patient's progress per clinic protocol
• Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with their treatment plan
• Assist patients as needed
• Collect success stories, testimonials, and feedback from patients
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

• Ability to stand for long periods, as well have the capability to be hands on and perform stretches on a variety of patients of all ages and sizes.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients and staff.
• Ability to alter communication based on how patient will best understand exercises.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as a team within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity
• Ability to be forward thinking in the organization of patients, schedule and tasks
• Proficient computer skills
• Present self in a professional and positive manner in attitude and appearance at all times.
• Understand, align with and communicate the clinics mission, vision, and values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
