Compensation: $23.08 to $28.85 hourly
The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for security operational activities related to our application devices, engaging with partners and vendor demands and assisting the application development team with delivery of new technology, enhancements and upgrades as required. This role will work closely with RH IT applications to ensure user access is appropriately maintained across applications.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Set up application users to have appropriate application access during the onboarding/offboarding process.
Ensure security groups have correct owner assigned.
Act as escalation point for various applications to review and resolve technical user access/authorization issues.
Partner with HR IT to maintain application user list.
Partner with application development team to ensure user access is not negatively impacted as a result of enhancements and/or upgrades.
Proactively work to resolve user related issues when necessary.
Support the enhancement of the existing User Security processes and workflow.
Work with internal and external technical and service teams to create and/or update knowledge base articles, configuration documentation and runbooks to provide improved operational support.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year of related experience OR a High School Diploma and 3+ years of specific experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to various situations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology Discipline.
3+ years’ experience in Application User Security.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience working in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
Experience with VIP system (Vermont Information Processing).
Knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
