We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Support Representative with a FINRA Certification to join our insurance division. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our largest US clients while ensuring compliance with FINRA principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and the insurance industry to communicate effectively with clients.
- Provide support to clients regarding policy questions, claims, and other insurance-related inquiries.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with FINRA principles such as Integrity, Fairness, Professionalism, Confidentiality, and Compliance.
- Accurately enter customer information and data into our internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
- A FINRA Certification is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter customer information.
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- The position is fully remote within the United States of America.
