About us

We are looking for a professional individual to work with GEI Home Service Group. Our goal is to provide our customers with immediate professional services all throughout Houston and Galveston areas including: Plumbing, Renovation, Water Damage, A/C and Heat and everyday Handyman work.

The Night Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience and that their needs are met promptly and cheerfully. This includes: responding to all calls, taking messages and scheduling every new lead. The ideal individual will possess excellent customer service skills, be highly competent in Microsoft Office programs, and have previous experience scheduling and answering calls.

This position is from Sunday-Thursday 5pm-11pm at $12/hr and training will pay $8/hr. Training is only 1 day between 10am-1pm. Payment is made via Zelle.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone and direct calls.
• Stay on top of scheduling and speaking to customers about jobs
• Communications between technicians and customers
• Provide general assistance to customers.

Requirement:

• Must have great English and speak Spanish as well
• Previous experience scheduling on a computer and speaking to customers over the phone.
• Must have desktop, smart phone and quiet work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
