This is a remote position. You will be required to come to our Irvine office for a few days of in-person training (but don't worry, we'll pay you).

• Fair base pay and uncapped commission. Our California employees make a base salary of $23.00 an hour plus commission on all money they bring in. If you’re talented, you’ll make between $8,000 and $10,000 a month. If you’re really talented, you’ll make at least $12,000.

As a member of our sales team, you’ll interview, assess and sell potential clients on tax services that will get them out of trouble with the IRS. You’ll help take this company from a small startup to a major player in the industry and have the potential to make a great income at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Call and interview inbound leads to sell them on tax investigation services
• Upsell clients on tax resolution and tax preparation services
• Create and maintain relationships with new and existing leads
• Understand and empathize with our leads’ tax issues and present opportunities to help solve them

Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales required
• Proficiency with office technology and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic financial literacy
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Ability to work with a team and communicate well with others
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to maintain confidential records
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm required
