CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary
The Report Development Manager will lead the IT department’s report development team with a focus on E.H.R. clinical, revenue and support application data, analytics, visualization and development of actionable data. This position will reports to the Sr. Director of Business System Development for performance evaluation.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject is required and a master’s degree in technology and/or business administration strongly desired.
  • Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible management/leadership experience in a software development field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working through the requirement, design, development, QA & UAT testing, implementing and delivering in release cycles
  • Advance report writing skills and knowledge of multiple tools to aid in more complex report development such as SQL and MS.
  • Extensive experience designing, creating, testing, and implementing complex reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise reporting tools
  • Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.
  • Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Expert communication skills both written and oral.
  • Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.
  • Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to treat community stakeholders (police, fire, probation, businesses, clergy, insurance companies, providers, Health Plan, concerned citizens, etc.) with the utmost respect and assisted to the best of our ability in each case.
  • Never saying “no” but always assisting each request within the context of the agency mission and purpose. Is evidenced by not receiving a community complaint or excelling in customer service
  • Ability to remain focused on their professional skill and does not deviate into areas for which they have no training or expertise.
