- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
- Additional pay for evening and overnight shifts!
We are looking for a
Resident Assistant whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to enhance and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our St Louis Park MN Assisted Living and Memory Care.
This caregiver position includes;
- 48 Hours in two weeks, part-time schedule
- Night shift; shift differential of $2/hr
- E/O weekend Sat-Sun rotation/holidays

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Performs specified home services as needed such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with on-boarding of new staff
Required Skills:
- Communicate effectively, with empathy and compassion for residents and coworkers
- Work in a team setting and support others
- Work with a diverse and elderly population
- If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
- Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
- Work experience in a customer service setting
