Job description
A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home-style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients.
Pay: $17.75/hr + PAID Training
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients of the facility including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Feeding, toileting, bathing.
- Assistance in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
