We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including but not limited to:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the restaurant and its staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Planning and coordinating events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food and beverage cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
