Role Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· 1 year of restaurant management experience
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
· Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
· Overall accountability for the operation of a single restaurant (10-30 employees)
· Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management
· Ensures desired restaurant outcomes (sales goals, profitability, employee retention etc.)
· Maintains company standards on equipment, facility and grounds
· Provides coaching and feedback to team on stations, processes and policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
