We are a modern American Kitchen with an Ecclectic Beverage Program and we are looking to add exceptional people to our Team. Having just finished our first year, we are growing and looking to continue to develop our brand. We are seeking an FOH Restaurant Manager to come on board and grow with us. This position is perfect for those who have a eye for detail, are high energy, with a positive and engaging personality, strong leadership skills, and a quick ability to learn. If you have experience across various FOH roles, flourish in an ever changing envrionment, and want to develop your future in Hosptiality then we want to meet you.

  • Organize and supervise daily Front of the House operations
  • Develop FOH Team to Increase Sales & Customer Satisfaction
  • Respond appropriately to customer complaints
  • Take an Active Role in Hiring, Training, Assessing & Dissmisal of FOH Team
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Assist in booking Private Dining Events and ensuring their success
  • Provide insight into marketing strategies and their follow through
  • Implement policies and protocols inline with Restaurants Mission and Philosophy.

Skills

  • Proven work experience in various FOH Roles
  • Stable Job History
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and sharp ability to recall details.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS systems, reservation management, back end reporting and spreadsheet systems.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • General Understanding of financial management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary is a plus!

Hours: 40-50 weekly 2pm-11pm

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
