Retail Inventory Manager/Sales Support

Dual areas of responsibility. Control purchasing and inventory for local health retail 38 year business as well as work within retail support team to assure optimum customer experience. Requires extreme attention to detail, impeccable ethics and integrity, the ability to work concurrently with multiple software systems, to communicate effectively internally, with multiple vendors, and with customers, and coordinate with other retail team members and management.

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to lead by example as well as to recognize disparities between customer perception and level of service.

Sales Support Job Description:

Assure positive customer experience, schedule consults and care appointments, assist with sales process, maintain clean, professional environment, coordinate with other team members, and consistently exhibit the character traits described below.
