We are looking to grow our CocoNene Management team, and are on the lookout for a full-time competent, positive, driven, motivating team leader to be a Retail Sales Manager for our store in International Marketplace. Pay is $50-65k (base plus incentives). Full-time employees are eligible to receive our full benefit package, including medical coverage, 401k enrollment, paid time off and a generous employee discount. This management position is unique in that we call it (internally) an Entrepreneur Manager (EM). It's like owning your own business, you have full autonomy and can exercise innovation/creativity on how you would like to grow their store sales and team within the structure and brand continuity of CocoNene. Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and profit goals

• Ensure well-trained staff that provides exceptional service levels.

• Ensure store looks good and proper product mix & levels are achieved.

Here is what we are looking for in candidates:

• 2-3 years management/ownership experience (retail preferred), with sales or budget accountability

• Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills

• Organizational planning skills

• Problem solving, analytical skills

• Computer skills

• Financial skills

• Customer service & (retail) sales skills & experience

• Management/leadership skills

• Associates Degree in Business/Management or equivalent work experience
