Peterson Cartridge Company manufactures brass rifle casings from its facility in Cranberry Township, just north of Pittsburgh, PA. We produce match-grade, rifle casings to the highest quality standards, for competitive shooting, hunting, and military use.

Due to expansion, we need to hire a production worker to run our state-of-the-art, lean manufacturing equipment.

Work Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7A-7P 36 hours paid as 40, with Shift Differential

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Production line operation, making precision rifle casings!
• Adhering to safety and environmental rules
• Drawing metal into shapes and diameters
• Reading and interpreting plant procedures and work instructions
• Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Performing general housekeeping
• Feeding and / or placing raw material into equipment for processing
• Handling materials, and cargo
• Measuring dimensions of work-in-process and finished goods
• Ensuring conformance to specifications

Successful candidates will have the following experience and skills:

Required Experience / Skills:

• 1 year manufacturing experience
• No conviction record, PFA order against them, or anything else that would prevent them from purchasing or owning a firearm
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• High attention-to-detail; high conscientiousness

Salary: $18.00 - $22.75 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends only
