Rubber Mixing Department

$19.36 - $22.11 (depending on shift.)

4- 10 Hour Days, Mon-Thurs. (Some OT required)

1st – 6:00AM to 4:00PM Mon-Thur. (Train on 1st then will eventually be transferred to 3rd shift.)

3rd- 8:00PM to 6:00AM Mon-Thur.( Start Sunday at 8PM & when you leave Thursday at 6AM you do not return until Sunday at 8PM –(unless OT is needed on Friday’s)

We are looking for Operators to work in our Rubber Mixing Department. You will learn all positions in our Mixing Department. (Compounding, Mixing, Mill, Service Labor.) We are looking for a few more friendly, hard- working, quality & safety conscious, dedicated people that will fit in with our growing team.

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and there is some overtime when needed mostly on Friday’s. (Overtime is 6.0 to 8.0 hours if needed)

• Knowledge of Rubber is preferred but is not required.
• Can Read & Understand line-up, mill specifications, digital scale, and computer
• Good organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Lifting of 50lbs. to 90lbs.- Capable of moderate physical effort
• Can drive or willing to learn to drive a forklift.
• Good communication skills to report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor
• Ability to package & wrap rubber material.
• Understand quality, group interaction and teamwork.
• Conditions can be hot in the summer, raw materials dust & can be very dirty with rubber manufacturing.
• Dependable
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
