Wages range from $20/HR to $26/HR depending on experience. Year round and seasonal positions available. Our sugarwoods are located in Cambridge and Bolton, VT and we are looking for crewmembers to work in both locations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the woods under variable weather conditions

• Ability to hike steep/uneven/extreme terrain

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to adopt a flexible work schedule during the sugaring season (late January through April), often requiring weekend work and overtime

• Proper work/outerwear, layers, and durable boots for all seasons

• Willingness to learn new tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Desired skills and experience

• Maple sugaring experience

• Knowledge of proper chainsaw use and safety, including a GOL certification

• ATV/UTV experience

• Mechanical aptitude

• First Aid/CPR/Wilderness Rescue

• Basic tree identification

• Problem solving skills

• Prior experience working in the woods

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift/Monday - Thursday (7am-5pm)

• Subject to change during sugaring season
