Job Description
The
Safekeeping Distribution Specialist is critical for managing income and/or asset position differences between BOK and it external custodians. This position is primarily responsible for making timely and accurate payments of principal, interest, and dividends to all Safekeeping customers. Runs lotteries on partial calls for positions held in safekeeping.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Working knowledge and understanding of various security types; fixed income, mortgage backed, equities, etc.

Excellent reconciliation and independent research skills

Excellent organizational skills, ability to improve functional efficiency, streamline and improve methodology

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong PC skills ability to create worksheets, utilizes word processing software, and excel spreadsheets
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s degree and 3-5 years experience in a securities processing environment or equivalent work related experience of 6-8 years; which includes 2-3 years in securities processing with exposure to all types of securities and interest calculations.
