We are a specialized transportation company seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Safety Administration. Applicants must enjoy a fast paced environment and be able to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. If you are outgoing and enjoy working with others, possess attention to detail and have computer and organizational skills, we would like to interview you for our team. Working hours are 8am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities & duties

Data entry, scanning and documentation management.

Employment Verifications

File management.

Computer and internet resource knowledge

Orientation file management.

Driver qualification file management

Responds promptly and appropriately to phone and email communications.

Administrative support functions within a team environment.

Software utilization & documentation functions.

Completes assigned task efficiently and accurately.

Assist in projects and assignments as needed.
Work experience and skills
Requires verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and processes consistently with a high degree of accuracy.

Works well independently and in team setting.

Detail oriented and accomplishes work tasks in a timely manner.

Displays positive attitude toward serving others and maintaining job performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
