Position Summary: This position will create and manage driver qualification files in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory requirements.

Position Located in : Newark NJ

Description of Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Create and manage driver qualification files in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory requirements

· Driver Qualification Files Administration: On-Boarding & Terminations

· Enter Driver Information Worksheet data into NSC DQF and Scan all documents

· Scan Other Supporting Documents into DQF

· Monitor periodic driver DOT update

· Communicate with drivers to update any renewals needed in files

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification/ Requirements:

· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

· General knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, Clearinghouse

· Must be a self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and accuracy

· Must work well in team environment

· High degree of confidentiality with sensitive information

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· The position is a full time position

Education/Training/Experience

· H.S diploma or GED equivalent required

Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. Operates computer and standard office equipment, such as telephone and copier/printer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
