This position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday (hours to be determined but during business hours)
Position Location: Hybrid. Position will require the candidate to work in the office anywhere from 2-3 days up to 5 days per week depending on the demands of the business, but the position can be supplemented with remote office work environment when the demands do not require in office work.
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator provides excellent administrative and customer service support to both the sales and marketing teams. This position must ensure that the day-to-day sales operations run smoothly, especially when they involve collaboration between multiple areas. The Sales Administrator will also work closely with our Implementation Teams as well as other departments within the company.
Duties/Responsibilites:
- Manage customer inquiries and process new business in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports.
- Support day-to-day operations and needs of Sales Managers and VP of Business Development
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Specific Tools: i.e. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce, Gmail/Google Workspace, PandaDoc or related Sales process software, etc.
- Able to think analytically and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple Sales Managers and clients simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to establish trust with leaders and colleagues.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet client-driven deadlines.
- Able to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills: interpersonal, organizational, and presentation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to take initiative.
- Great customer service skills to include the ability to handle clients with patience and tolerance.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, or similar role.

The successful candidate will have advanced administrative skills and will have the ability to be organized, bringing projects and tasks to completion. This self-starter will be able to communicate effectively and cultivate partnerships throughout the teams.
