What you’ll do
Building business isn’t always easy, but you’ll do it with grace and tact. We will look to you to conduct direct sales activities in order to achieve and exceed occupancy goals for the life plan community. You will build relationships with prospective residents and share with them why Ohio Living is the perfect place
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in healthcare, retirement living, hospitality and property management
- Responsible for exceeding budgeted independent living census goals
- Experience in both inside and outside sales; successful at networking
- Ability to create new revenue streams and feeder funnels
