I am a fast-growing Allstate Insurance agency that offers very competitive pay, great benefits, training, and upward mobility. I have built one of the best teams in Colorado Springs by creating a fun and competitive environment that rewards hard work. I am looking to add highly motivated sales professionals to my growing team. This position will be Sales and Business Development focused.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Set follow-up appointments
- Help with marketing strategies to grow the business
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
Pay and Benefits:
I offer one of the most lucrative and competitive compensation packages in the industry with my top reps earning close to $100,000 annually including benefits. Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Colorado Property and Casualty OR Personal Lines Licenses
· Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,221.00 per year
