We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, detail-oriented sales and fitness focused individual who is on a mission to inspire people and change lives every day to join our team of coaches at Fit Theorem. The ideal candidate will have a passion for group fitness and a proven track record of success in sales.

As a Sales & Fitness Specialist, you will be responsible for membership sales as well as helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching, education, and support.

Coach responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Lead Group Fitness Sessions
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and developments
• Desk duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their plans as needed
• Participation and creation of coaching, marketing, and awareness content for use on social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects
• Assist with membership sales and retention efforts

Schedule
We are currently looking for a coach that can work 20-40 hours per week.
Full- Time coaches are required to work flexible shifts (mornings and evenings) Monday - Fridays and Saturdays. During the weekends, we only offer morning sessions.

Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness programs (such as: NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc) it is not a requirement for the position.

Fit Theorem provides its own certification program to be assigned and completed within 30 days of being hired.

• No split shifts
• 2-3 Weekends off each month
• Closed on all major holidays
