Job description
Gitty Inc, Austin urgently requires a team of Sales Associates to work for client acquisition and client leads. Gitty clients are tech startups in the Bay Area with venture capital funding. Tech startups with funding have to recruit high quality senior level software engineers. Sales associates have to get in touch with the HR team of the 'tech startups' and get recruiting contracts. The associates will work in the Austin office and procure client leads from Bay Area. The work will be in the form of sourcing clients from the company's database and pitching it to the decision makers for signing contracts. The associates should be skillful in reaching out to such tech clients and convince the top management to sign the masters service agreement.
