BDC Sales
Hourly Pay: $15.00-$19.00/hr. + Bonuses/Commission

We are looking for motivated BDC Sales Representatives to join our team!

Automotive BDC Sales Representative - Essential Duties

• Serves as a liaison between the dealership and its customers and represents the dealership at various public relations events
• Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation.
• Follow up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create long-term relationships with customers.
• Develops and monitors the results of a dealership customer service questionnaire.
• Coordinates special dealership events, promotions, and seminars.
• Implements customer satisfaction programs.
• Informs salespeople of their individual performance scores and makes suggestions for improvement as needed.
• Assists service customers during the morning service rush, when possible.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned

Automotive BDC Sales Representative – Qualifications

• Previous BDC Representative experience is a plus
• BDC team members must be friendly, self-motivated team players with outstanding communications skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and achieve performance goals.
• Customer Service Experience
• Friendly communication skills
• Some sales experience is required
• Willing to train and learn new skills
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Spanish is a plus
