The all new KIA of Port Charlotte - part of the Morgan Auto Group - is searching for a Sales Business Development Coordinator to our team.

BDC Sales pays $20.00 per hour plus bonus incentives! The BDC is an integral part of the overall success of our team. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, and ongoing training and support along with a fun work environment! This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting sales appointments, as well as outbound calls following up on recent showroom visits.

Prior Automotive BDC experience ideal
High volume outbound/inbound call experience is a must
5-day work week
Saturdays, Sundays, closing and open shifts are a must

Qualifications:

Successful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers, or Internet sales department.

The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads, and call lists simultaneously.

Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations.

Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with dealership ELeads CRM and Reynolds DMS system and Routeone.

Demonstrate understanding and application of effective appointment setting strategies and techniques Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
