About the role:
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying future customers who have transportation needs and connecting them to our Sales Representatives.

What you’ll be doing:
- Make calls to establish dialogue with future customers
- Manage inbound phone calls from prospects looking for help to move their freight
- Analyze sales data and communicate trends to executive leadership
- Confirm integrity of sales data by auditing and maintaining consistent data
- Be honest and proactive in all your communications – internally and externally
What you need:
- 1+ year of customer service required
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Proven ability to follow protocols and procedures
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hall of Fame work ethic and ability to learn at rapid speed
- Basic computer skills including some knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive and concentrate in a fast-paced open office environment
