Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative for Mighty Pro Sales is a high-energy role serving as the first point of contact for inbound leads interested in Mighty Pro, our premium product for successful creators and bigger brands who want a high quality, white-label mobile app solution and professional services.

This role collaborates closely with the Mighty Pro sales team to qualify leads, build our pipeline, and accelerate the revenue growth of the Mighty Pro product, contributing to the company's current hyper-growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high volume of sales calls via Zoom with qualified inbound Mighty Pro prospects, ensuring excellent communication through active listening, curiosity, and deep product and strategy knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to our Mighty Pro Account Executives by sending timely follow ups and tracking important details in our CRM.
  • Contribute your ideas to our evolving Mighty Pro materials, processes, and playbooks to successfully and efficiently move prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Communicate with the marketing team, the Mighty Pro team, and the product team to share what prospects are seeking with product features, resources, and professional services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer-focused role. SaaS experience is a bonus.
  • Exceptional consultative sales skills to bring value to prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Passionate about unlocking new revenue growth and opportunities for brands, organizations, and successful creators.
  • Excellent organizational skills to support accurate pipeline data and timely follow up.
