The Role
Frost & Sullivan is looking for a motivated Sales Leader to join our growing team managing a group of Inside Sales Professionals. The role requires the Sales Leader to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members and adjacent organizational departments with the goal of helping the team meet and exceed revenue targets every year. Utilizing effective consultative strategies, the role is also responsible for managing and cultivating new business opportunities within their own individual book of business. The individual should be someone with a growth mind-set who can inspire, inform and impact others to exceed their revenue targets while professionally growing. The role also requires a person who can multi-task with the ability to quickly adjust priorities to support their team, build teamwork and run their own book of accounts.
Responsibilities:
Hire, on-board, train and manage a team of Sales Associates against specific KPIs and performance goals- Coach, mentor and monitor performance ensuring the responsibilities of each team member are being fulfilled
- Develop and support account plans with your team members to grow the depth and level of business in their accounts
- Maintain a 30,60,90 day pipeline and report on a weekly basis to their Regional Leader the performance of their team members
- Consistently meet and exceed team quotas given monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Work collaboratively and closely with other internal stakeholders to improve sales technology, processes and lead generation
- Provide hands on leadership to the sales team creating a culture of accountability, high performance and professional development for career growth
- In collaboration with the Regional Leader, help to prepare sales budgets, annual targets and projections for the sales team
- Manage and resolve elevated client complaints regarding a service or solution in collaboration with the Account Executive
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process with the support of Regional Leader
- Manage time between being a player (managing your own book) and coach (developing your team members)
Personal Account Management
Effective penetration and expansion of sales into an assigned group of accounts- Develop 30-60-90 day pipelines to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and close business at or above target levels
- Leverage business resources to forge new consultative client business relationships, while expanding existing client relationships
- Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity and effective business communication skills to identify key client needs and formulate appropriate Frost & Sullivan solutions
- Exercise effective consultative sales strategies and closing techniques to successfully achieve individual sales and performance goals monthly, quarterly, and annually
- 5+ years of experience in sales management in a SaaS environment
- Experience hiring and training new Account Executives
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams to exceed revenue targets consistently
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to guide and mentor Account Executives
- Planning, organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with complete fluency in the English language. Other languages are advantageous given we work with clients globally
- Ability to collaborate with local and global teams
- Proven experience working with CRM tools as well as MS Office and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
- A consultative manner and an understanding of B2B service sales process/structure

Salary Range: $85K-$110K USD + Bonus
