POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for developing new sales opportunities within the residential remodel segment. Will be responsible to implement growth and development plans to achieve targets by prospecting new business opportunities in the Direct-to-Consumer market. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of the sales team and generate additional leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, manage and retain a team of commissioned Sales Consultants.
- Ongoing coaching and skills development on ILG’s Direct-to-Consumer sales process, lead generation process and new/updated products and offerings.
- Execute KPIs for the team and monitor closely to deliver against business goals.
- Result and assign leads daily.
- Review all sales paperwork to ensure pricing, margins, and viability of each project.
- Ensure proper job-installation (estimated) installation dates are set by Sales Consultants, in-home at the time of sale and reflected on sales paperwork.
- Execute company's mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
- Understand, analyze, and prioritize business metrics.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory.
- Monitor progress toward the achievement of all business metrics.
- Implement action plans as needed to improve performance.
- Build relationships with strategic partners.
- Drive customer service by responding to escalated customer inquiries/concerns and leveraging relationships with branch installation partners.
- Keep informed of competitive organizations, their product offering, pricing, and promotions.
- Monthly review of branch P&Ls and Gross Margin by Job Reporting to implement strategic action plans around margin erosion, overall branch performance and reduction of installation related expenses.
- An inspirational leader, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Installed Home Service sales background, paramount.
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team of people.
- Successful track record of hiring, training, motivating, and retaining top talent.
- Highly motivated with excellent negotiation, influencing and follow up skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources.
- Strong computer skills are required; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in using CRM programs.

- Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and outside work in varying temperatures and climates.
- Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
