Do YOU Qualify?

· Do you have a strong understanding of the local market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.

· Do you have excellent sales skills and experience, negotiating skills, and the ability to build rapport with different personalities.

· Are you able to work evenings or weekends

· Do you have a valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance

· Are you able to complete a background check, Motor Vehicle report check and drug test

· Do you have a passion for seniors and their care

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for...

· Developing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy (Consultative Sales skills a plus!)

· Ensuring an immediate impact on expanding on our success, and growing our business

· Researching and developing referral provider relationships and producing referrals

· Performing all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs

· Achieving lead generation objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share.

· Targeting accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospice, etc.

· Developing sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals

· Conducting Service Inquiries and Care Consultations

Education & Experience

· College degree (preferred but not required)

· Experience in a sales role (preferred consultative sales)

· Senior care, home care or healthcare industry experience is a plus

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and sales objectives

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively

· Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work

· Have knowledge of the senior care industry

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
