This is a full time commission-eligible job with Boost Mobile by Best Deal Mobile, LLC. Best Deal Mobile, LLC is a premier branded retailer for Boost Mobile. We have 5 stores in Tucson, AZ and growing. We are a highly motivated and ambitious team. Apply with us if you love a challenge, are great at sales and a solid team player.

We are looking for bilingual full time sales representatives at our 5 Tucson locations. An ideal sales candidate would possess the necessary qualifications below and also have an outgoing personality with a great ability to sell.

Sales Representative Duties include, but are not limited to:

Meet sales quotas

Provide exceptional customer service

Sell Boost Mobile phones and accessories

General store tidiness

Manage inventory

Pass out flyers, store events

And other general store maintenance duties.

Qualifications:

Love to sell and is excited about commission/bonus incentives.

Responsible, reliable, and punctual.

Ambitious and self-motivated.

Takes initiative.

3 Years of quota-driven sales experience.

Works well independently, but also a team player.

Wireless retail sales experience a plus

Applicants must be bilingual - English and Spanish

Full-time position / part time for the correct candidate.

Store operating hours are Monday - Saturday 945:00AM -7:30PM, Sunday 11:45AM-5:00PM (times may vary depending on work load and meetings etc.)

Pay Structure:

Sign-on Bonus of $350 after 90 day probationary period, in good employment standing and hitting mimimum 85% of sales goals.

Hourly + unlimited bonus (there is no maximum limit, the more you sell, the bigger your commissions).

Job Type: Full-time

Base hourly is: $15 per hour, PLUS - our bonus target per month is between $700-$800 per month. At a minimum, and to be in good sales standing with this position, you will be at around $500.00 in commission with coaching and dedication - all team members are expected to be at $700 Plus per month in commission.
