- This position is located in our Westlake, OH office but is eligible for a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
JOB OVERVIEW:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Designs and leads consultative interactions with partners to understand and translate their goals, systems, and processes to determine the appropriate product solution stack to successfully complete onboarding.
- Creates and manages product documentation, solution overviews, onboarding materials, and other assets to support the sales process. Partners with the marketing department to appropriately represent solution stack within written and digital assets.
- Serves as primary lead for implementation and testing efforts with partners, including set-up, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and release management.
- Evaluates partner needs that fall outside the standard solution stack and/or scope, and assesses integration complexity, architecture constraints, and/or operational needs.
- Documents, monitors, and provides visibility to integration tasks and timelines.
- Conducts regular meetings with partners and internal teams to review project status, identify and resolve issues, and drive ownership and resolution.
- Partners with product managers and owners to provide feedback, features requests to improve the quality of the solution stack.
- Works with the Relationship Management team to transition partner post-go-live.
- Develops and maintains reports that measure the quality and performance of products and partners.
- Assists with financial analysis and budget management of partner opportunities.
- Presents to senior leadership and executive committee updates and reviews of the onboarding pipeline.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 5 years of experience in software sales, tech software, and/or implementation analyst.
- Banking and financial services experience a plus.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- None Required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to compile data and synthesize it into actionable information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate experience with APIs and e-commerce.
- Marketing and technical documentation experience a plus.
- Project Management experience a plus.
