Besides our state-of-the-art fitness areas, PRO Club offers a variety of luxury services in our award-winning Spa & Salon for guests to feel and look their very best.
Currently, we have an opening in our Spa for a Salon Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to wow our salon guests and mentor our Stylist team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with Spa Management to supervise the daily operations of the salon and team of stylists
- Adheres to and enforces standards for set up, restocking and cleaning per Washington State DOL laws
- Operate a stylist station while supervising the floor
- Assist in developing and conducting all aspects of core in-house training programs, technical workshops, customer service workshops, and Salon Assistant Program
- Oversee education and training of new salon cast members
- Evaluate stylist performance during training and provides timely feedback to stylists and Spa Management
- Works with Spa Management to conduct reviews for each salon cast member in the salon at 30 day, 6 month, and annually
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- You are an experienced Stylist/Colorist (5 years preferred) who has a passion for your craft and wants to mentor others
- Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and co-workers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests, fellow cast members, and spa management.
- Thinking on your feet, you handle challenges like a PRO with a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement.
- You are currently licensed by the State of Washington
