JOB DESCRIPTION:
The housekeeper at AMFM Healthcare is a dedicated member of the team committed to maintaining standards of excellence in the Environment of Care and Infection Control. This staff member ensures that the physical aspect of the client experience is intact and that AMFM Healthcare’s facilities are clean and in good order.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
Ability to pass a federal DOJ LiveScan, or if an administrative position, a standard background check.

High School Diploma or GED
Possess valid driver’s license
CPR/First Aid Certification
Current T.B. clearance
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Housekeeper will be assigned projects, based on his/her level of expertise, that include any, or all the following job responsibilities. The individual may also be assigned other duties as needed by their supervisor.
Completes deep clean projects efficiently, effectively, and to all Infection Control Standards, working with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS).-
Manage lobby receivables and sort the shifting of delivered packages to the appropriate offices or supply room.

Assist with the maintenance of the appearance of the lobbies, courtyards, and other sitting and waiting areas.

To see that all waste bins are checked and emptied daily. Restock and fill all paper towel dispensers and baskets. Restock and fill all soap dispensers.

Ensure that restrooms are clean and sanitized at all times. Monitor and clean all conference rooms and kitchens.

The Sanitation Technician will thoroughly empty contents from all refrigerators and then wipe the inside and outside of the appliances clean following standard infection prevention and control procedures.

Conduct periodic (twice monthly) sanitization of all water dispensing units.

To see that all waste materials are properly disposed of and placed in the waste containers.
Routinely monitor supply storage areas, frequently checking inventory levels and requesting additional supplies when necessary from supervisors.
Completes any other projects as assigned by supervisors.
