Job Description
Small mental health and wellness practice looking for a smiling friendly individual to work in the front office. Candidate must have a positive personality, be professional, punctual, adaptable, organized, a team player, dependable, and have good phone etiquette. This is a 32 hour a week position. Your responsibilities will include basic administrative tasks (filing, faxing, copying, etc.) scheduling clients, basic use of EHR’s, sending and scheduling labs, imaging, etc. Must maintain HIPAA and compliance guidelines.

$24,570-$29,120 a year

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm

No weekends/Holidays/dayshift
