We are currently looking to hire a scheduler/team lead for our traveling vaccination teams.

Applicants must be willing to travel during the day as well as on overnight trips. Transportation, lodging and travel time is paid. As well as daily meal per diems provided.

Help support various WA State counties by providing customer service and administrative support to individuals requesting various vaccines.

As a scheduler/team lead you will travel with the vaccination team to various events located around WA state. The team lead is responsible for organizing set up of the event and ensuring events run smoothly. The scheduler is responsible for creating trip itineraries, scheduling hotels when needed, creating employee schedules, sick call outs, schedule adjustments, time cards, trip recons etc. This is a combined scheduler/team lead position.

Training is paid.
