Job Details:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing for and facilitating scrum team events- Help the team manage cross-team dependencies
- Partners with the Product Owner on product backlog, release planning, product roadmap activities
- Help the team resolve impediments
- Monitoring, assessing, making visible, and researching solutions in response to team metrics
- Mediating interpersonal conflict within and surrounding the team
- Facilitator, coach, teacher, servant leader, change agent, and mentor
- Observe, ask questions, determine course, and take action to improve the life of the team
8-10 Years of experience working as a scrum master in BFSI projects- Experience on consumer lending / mortgage / servicing / loss mitigation preferred
- Experience of project initiation and helping the product team define the agile team structure, roles and managing governance
- Experience of supporting the leading PI planning, scrum of scrums and other scrum team activities
