Job description
Seasonal Administrative Assistant Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Finance and Logistic Department. The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are productive.
Seasonal Administrative Assistant Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proofread and post of billing, invoices, and data
- Data Entry of company information into excel.
- Reconcile chemical inventory
- Communicate discrepancies or inaccuracies to appropriate leadership
- Assist in scheduling chemical deliveries
- Maintain confidential materials
- Other duties as assigned
Seasonal Administrative Assistant Education, Requirements and/or Professional Experience:
- High School or equivalent
- Prior Administrative and Data Entry experience preferred
Seasonal Administrative Assistant Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative experience
- Must have a cell phone that can download timekeeping application
- Ability to work during Central Standard Time business hours
- Ability to increase work hours after a snow event
Seasonal Administrative Assistant Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds
- Reliable transportation to branch facility
