We are looking for a s killed Finance Professional who will audit all travel and expense reports for Edwards U.S. and Canada locations. You get to work with a great collaborative team and have the opportunity to learn more Accounts Payable within this role. You will own many global stakeholders, and therefore have high visibility within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Audit all travel and expense reports for employees with EW corporate card in U.S., including Puerto Rico , and Canada under general supervision
Answer more complex employee inquires and provide tutorials on the expense tool (e.g Concur)
Resolve complex issues to bring reimbursement to closure by collaborating with other departments
Participate in reimbursement projects
Provide complex administrative support including processing reimbursement invoices, post vouchers in JDE, and other tasks under general supervision
Troubleshoot, research, and resolve batch errors in JDE
Provide coaching and guidance to lower level employees
Other incidental duties

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of six years experience of experience working in Travel and Expense and/or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent
Larger ERP experience (e.g. JDE, SAP, Oracle)
Concur or Tulia experience

Additional Expectations:
Strong computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application; preferably JDE
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and effectively persuade to drive achievement of objectives
Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English
Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements in Accounting
Substantial knowledge in lockbox and ACH technologies and related requirements
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application (e.g JDE)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail
Must be able to work in a team environment under general supervision and with instructions for routine work

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $57,000 to $80,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
