Description: NSI requires a Senior Acquisition – Logistics Maintenance Planning Manager to support PMA 226 Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Adversary Fleet Support Team. This position requires extensive maintenance planning experience to include SLICwave, EAGLE or POWERLOG, in particular LSA-036 reports. Supports sustaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for the F-5 aircraft and associated sub-systems for the U.S. Government. The maintenance planning experience cannot be substituted.

  • Extensive GEIA-STD-0007 database (preferably SLICwave) working level experience and strong understanding of data table
relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding of relationships between LSA processes/products
o For example: Importing/exporting LPD from a GEIA-STD-0007 database, reconciling LPD database errors, familiarity with XML schema, populating tables to develop LSA-024/Maintenance Plans for a specific platform, creating LCN structures, updating LPD for SMR Code changes, updating B tables for R&M actuals to align with RCM, updating LPD for TPDRs/tech pub changes, writing maintenance procedures in LPD by creating data modules using S1000D format, etc.
  • Data analytics using Microsoft suite tools
o Proficiency in Excel using VBA/advanced formulas and Word macros, experience with detailed research and data mining, problem-solving by “following the data.”
  • Familiarity with Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and other Supportability Analyses
Location: Jacksonville, FL
If the candidate has extensive maintenance planning experience as described above, active references and a proven performer, remote/telework may be authorized.

Education: BS or BA degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of four years of experience analyzing logistics and maintenance in the performance of maintenance planning across the full spectrum of lifecycle planning; design interface, maintenance planning, and sustainment engineering. Experience in Maintenance Planning, logistics support/supportability analysis. Minimum of four years of direct maintenance planning tools supporting U.S. Government programs is required.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
