AES Clean Energy is looking for a new Sr. Analyst for the Infrastructure team, reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure.
The candidate can be located in Dayton, Salt Lake City, Louisville or remotely.
What will make you a successful candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related subject or 9-15 years administration and engineering of Information Technology and infrastructure.

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Windows server and desktop OS.
-
Active Directory, File Services and permissions, MS SQL and Availability Groups, DNS, and DHCP.

VMware management, hypervisor, VM operations, Horizon UAG and Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

Storage technologies, Synology NAS and fiber channel arrays.
-
Linux Operating Systems.
-
OS Hardening VMware and Windows.
-
F5 Load balancer operation and administration.
-
CyberArk Password Management.
-
RSA Authentication administration.
-
Advanced understanding of switching, vlans, protocols and firewalls, Cisco and Cisco-Meraki hardware.

Datacenter operations and management of HVAC, electrical system/utilization and physical space allocation.

Google Cloud Platform.

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability and willingness to take initiative and champion process improvement.

Strong analytical skills, collaboration, and communication skills.

Proficient presentation skills, diplomacy and facilitation skills covering large and small groups.

Delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.

30% travel to support remote network, server, and storage environments.
