Job Description:
- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
- Define key objectives at the beginning of the case and create a strategy to accomplish those objectives
- Efficiently manage cases from start to finish while giving clients the best possible service
- Collaborate with other attorneys on large, complex cases
- Utilize case management system to ensure procedures are followed effectively
- Identifies risks of not obtaining desired outcomes and creates strategies to mitigate risks
- Consult with clients to help them make effective decisions that accomplish the desired objective
- Create and deliver effective arguments that lead to accomplishing the desired outcomes for cases
- Monitors charge hours incurred on client engagements and reviews actual hours incurred compared to initial project budgets
- Prepares and submits briefs and procedural requests for cases
Qualification Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
- 3 years’ experience with 1st chair family law, or 5 years’ experience
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
