Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for a full-time, remote position with a federal customer in Albany, GA. The selected candidate will provide significant support to Government-led process improvement projects. re products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop solutions to operational challenges using analysis of current business processes.
• Lead data analysis efforts to drive meaningful decisions.
• Deliver solutions while operating an a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent writing and presentation communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 
  Fifteen (15) years of program management, supply chain management, information technology, business management.
• Experience with advanced analytics, statistics, and modeling techniques.
• Experience with different reporting tools and engines such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience leading change management initiatives.

Minimum Education/Training/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, organizational psychology, business management, information technology or program management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, organizational psychology, business management, information technology or program management.
• Certified Project Management Professional.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
