Obtains, organizes, analyzes, interprets, and reports market-related information to determine market potential of a product or service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Participating in primary marketing research and secondary marketing analysis associated with product launch and new product development.
Utilizing and developing expertise with specific methodologies and business issues for: advertising effectiveness, reach and frequency of promotions, field force strategy and negotiation support.
Conducting qualitative or quantitative research for market positioning, such as pricing, market assessment, or promotional and advertising research studies.
Analyzing marketing data, interpreting it for brand impact and reporting to management on implications for key products and services.

Qualifications:

Five years of marketing experience, preferably in Financial Services

Five years of working with retirement products
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in communications or advertising (or related field)

One year experience working with marketing process automation/workflow tracking system

Experience in a B2B (Institutional) marketing role highly desired

Experience in leading large, multi-channel campaigns

Experience in consulting with external clients

Experience in working and leading cross-functional teams/projects

Expert strategic marketing planning and analytical skills

Experience managing agency relationships

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills

Ability to function effectively in an environment of ongoing change and reorganization

Potential travel up to 30% of time (At this time, however, client interactions are being handled virtually. This will continue until further notice)

Base Pay Range: $99,900/yr. - $166,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
