The Opportunity

As a Customer Insights Senior Analyst, you will develop and implement customer research across the enterprise and within the subsidiaries (including Gaming, Patina Restaurant Group, Parks & Resorts, Sportservice, Travel). The goal of our team is to build strong understanding of our unique customers across each subsidiary to inform strategy. To be an advocate for the customer internally by ensuring that key business owners have the context they need to make the best decision for our guests, customers, and prospective customers. The role will improve data-informed storytelling, and partner with all customer-facing groups across the enterprise.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $70700 - $93700 / year

Responsibilities


  • Work with internal clients to understand business objectives to define research project scope and plan to meet the need.
  • Plan and execute primary and secondary guest research for the enterprise and within each subsidiary.
  • Design questionnaires, create moderator guides, and other research methodologies
  • Work as a team member focused on generation and execution of guest insights.
  • Create reports and presentations that reflect fact-based findings and recommendations.
  • Manage external research partners and vendors, oversee vendor performance, identify issues, and suggest remedies.
  • Work crossfuntionally accross the organization as well as build relationships with external clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience in the market research and customer insights field.
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and build trusting relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrates an organized and thorough approach to work; able to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
  • Successful candidate must have experience with questionnaire development.
  • Working knowledge of statistical software and survey development tools.
  • Experience moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews is a plus.
