We are looking for a sharp and reliable professional to join our team to support our Senior Information Technology Operations Specialist role in Southern CA. This is a full-time, on-site position at 40 hours per week from our corporate office in San Juan Capistrano, CA during our normal business hours. Position Summary:
Reporting and working directly with senior leadership and technical staff, this role will involve IT systems (Office 365, Microsoft Project WebApp integrations, staff IT support, etc.) in a leading role. Additionally, this role will support a variety of business and operational Management Information Systems (MIS) needs which are core to effective business oversight and enabling efficient operations.
The position requires a professional individual with a high standard of quality, organization, and the initiative to complete tasks independently. The ideal candidate understands how to create a platform for business growth with a keen eye on systems, processes, and their impacts on the people in an organization. This position will require the candidate to prioritize multiple responsibilities and productively engage staff from various departments.
The Job Responsibilities include:
- End user support to ensure limited downtimes, including laptop upgrades and rebuilds;
- Support and travel to remote office staff and networks (including misc office equipment);
- Conduct staff training on latest technologies, ongoing security threats and best practices;
- Direct technical training of various staff, including onboarding and staff meeting training;
- Support company events with sound and presentation hosting, including staff meetings, webinars, and classes;
- Manage policy documentation and IT training modules;
- Lead various projects supporting business analysis/oversight, organizational efficiency, and systems implementation;
- Other duties as assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Office 365 Administration;
- Data backup and data protection;
- Automate business processes and reporting via Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Project Web App;
- Technical Staff project support.
Requirements:
- B.S., B.A, or M.S. degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant major, GPA of 3.0 or higher;
- 10-20 years of hands-on work experience in IT problem-solving, project management, and/or business operational support;
- Experience with project management and integration (highly preferred);
- Enterprise Office365 experience
- SharePoint Online (Permissions, SP Apps)
- Exchange Online (General Admin, Security)
- Teams (Apps and Phone Systems)
- Networking, configure routers, printers, and switches;
- Desktop support in Windows environment;
- Development and presentation of training programs;
- General IT security;
- Solid organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently; and
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with dashboard / data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
- Experience with data query language (e.g., SQL or Power Query); and
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Apps (Power Automate);
- Microsoft Project Web application;
- Domain and webhost management;
- Website administration and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
