Exciting New Senior Living Community (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care) Opening Spring of 2023! We are growing our sales and marketing team. The Move-In Coordinator is key member of the Sales and Marketing team performing all necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents. The candidate also provides support to the sales and marketing team to successfully build occupancy thru sales and move ins. In this role, you will support the marketing and sales team to generate inquiries, handle prospects, conduct tours, enter, and utilize data entered to the lead management system and other activities necessary to achieve budgeted census goals.

The Move-In Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing - and upholds the community’s mission, philosophy, values and the Company’s vision, principals and Hospitality Promises to residents, families, and all visitors. Anticipated start date is end-April 2023.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

· Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for residence changes and all resident move-in details.

· Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.

· Serves as the primary contact with the future resident / family regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in.

· Develops and updates as needed the community move-in guide and all other move-in paperwork.

· Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

· Serves as a backup for inquiry calls, walk in tours and scheduled appointments.

· Participates in marketing events as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

· Updates as needed the community move-in resource guide.

· Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner.

· Embraces Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community.

· Assure resident / family safety and satisfaction.

· Consistently work cooperatively with residents, families, co-workers.

· Always follow Resident Rights policies.

· Observe all community policies and procedures.

· Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

· Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or Executive Director in an effective, timely and professional manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

· Bachelor degree with emphasis in sales/marketing preferred

· Two years’ experience in marketing/sales

· One year experience in hospitality preferred

· One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field preferred

· Must possess high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and other computer software to track activities and other pertinent information

· Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

· Good communication skills (oral and written)

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident records and data

· Ability to multi-task, balance individual responsibilities, and respond promptly to resident and visitor needs

· Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
