Are you a creative marketing genius with a passion for driving customer engagement through innovative digital campaigns? We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our team and lead the charge on our IT Support omnichannel marketing strategy. As Senior Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the way we communicate with our customers by developing and executing campaigns that seamlessly integrate IT support channels across multiple platforms. With your exceptional PowerPoint skills and ability to create online videos, you'll bring our brand story to life and captivate our audience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify gaps in our approach, using data to drive decisions and measure success. Responsibilities:

  • Capture and effectively communicate the IT Support omnichannel approach including articulation of key personas / customers and journey mapping
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate IT support channels to drive customer engagement and resolution
  • Conceptualizing and developing digital content ideas that align with IT support omnichannel approach
  • Managing and publishing digital content on various platforms, including websites, social media, and video platforms
  • Creating and producing digital content, including videos, podcasts, and articles
  • Conducting research and interviews to identify gaps and gather information for digital content creation
  • Editing and refining digital content to ensure high quality and engaging user experience
  • Analyzing digital content performance and using insights to improve future content creation
  • Create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, SMS, mobile apps, websites, and physical IT Concierges (ITC)
  • Develop presentations and briefings to support executive-level meetings, developing and managing scorecards and dashboards for IT support progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve omnichannel marketing objectives
  • Create roadmaps and visuals to articulate vision and progress along the way
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and marketing trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Experience translating visions and operations into digital stories that convey business outcome in various formats
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to create online videos
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
