Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Program Integrator to join the team at our new manufacturing facility near the HSV airport in Huntsville, AL. The position will on-board and train at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility prior to transitioning to and helping setup the new facility.
In this role, you will lead and represent the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing maturity and transition plans for development stage programs. This role will be the primary interface with key team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives across multiple sites.
The key responsibilities are:
- Team Leadership – creating plans to integrate several cross-functional groups such as manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, and manufacturing operations so that products can be developed and delivered per schedule and budget targets.
- Influencing and aligning expectations and execution of program and operations team’s objectives.
- Developing relationships with cross-functional teams, often times across multiple sites.
- Ability to remain collected and manage expectations while requirements are still developing.
